This project began as a custom mountain home and later evolved with a carefully planned addition and garage, requiring a disciplined, phased approach to design and construction. From the outset, our focus was on creating a cohesive structure that would perform well in a mountain environment while allowing for future expansion without compromising the integrity or character of the original home.

Through detailed planning, hands-on oversight, and precise execution, we delivered a unified home that feels intentional, well-built, and designed to endure.

The original residence was constructed using durable, regionally appropriate materials and a layout designed to maximize natural light, views, and long-term livability. High ceilings, expansive glazing, and well-coordinated structural elements define the interior, while the exterior blends natural stone, wood, and traditional mountain forms to anchor the home to its setting.

The subsequent addition and garage were designed and executed to integrate seamlessly with the existing structure—matching roof lines, materials, and detailing while upgrading systems and improving functionality. Careful attention was paid to structural tie-ins, building envelope continuity, and construction sequencing to minimize disruption and ensure a cohesive final result.
